If you desire vocational or career training, our CareerSource Chipola centers can offer eligible customers a variety of training opportunities to increase your marketable skills for employment. We want to work with you to find the most suitable program to help you reach your career goals.

Our Success Coaches can help you determine the type of training you receive, where you can receive the training, the different ways available to help you pay for training and how to create a plan to help you succeed both during and after training.

Qualified individuals may be able to obtain assistance with payment for school through our Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program. For a listing of WIOA Approved Training Programs for this area, click on the link below. Under very limited circumstances, we may be able to approve a training program not listed, but this would depend on the grant program and individual circumstances.

Other individuals may qualify for training assistance through our Welfare Transition (WT) Program. If you meet the eligibility requirements of the WT program, you may qualify for assistance with training leading to career in an occupation listed on the Regional Targeted Occupations List below. This list will provide you with the job title, expected number and growth openings and wage information for occupations in demand in this Region. This information may be extremely helpful as you consider job training or a new career.
